I had a Russian-style manicure with a buildable base and extensions, finished with a cat-eye polish by Rita. This was my first time trying this salon, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The attention to detail was excellent, and I’m very happy with the results, clean, precise, and beautifully done. I’ll definitely be back. Took just under two hours. Parking lot in the back for customers.

InnoVitale Spa is a lovely, soothing space, and I saw Felicia twice and she is terrific! I will come see her again as soon as I am in the area again. She did a top-notch job on my toenails and fingernails. The pedicure was just lovely and the results so pretty. Felicia then used the builder gel on my fingernails and snap, it was time for polish. She did a professional job and matched toe and nail colors at my request. I first saw Felicia three weeks ago and my gel fill and manicure lasted perfectly well. I highly recommend InnoVitale and Felicia, in particular.

Melody was fantastic. I have been having issues with my left shoulder for years, I work a desk job and it’s just gotten worse with time. Melody focused on my shoulders and right hip as that was what I had noted in my booking to focus on, and she made sure to check in with me on the pressure and make sure I was ok. When I tell you I instantly felt relief when she worked on my hip, it was incredible. My shoulders, particularly my left are incredibly tight but she was still able to break up the tension and give me relief. I immediately booked her again and I can’t recommend her enough. She is very responsive and will listen to your body and knows the exact trigger points to hit. Thank you so much, Melody! By far the best massage I’ve ever had!

11/10 experience! I had Katie for my facial and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with my skincare questions and recommending products. My skin has never felt so smooth! Felicia did my manicure and much needed pedicure and she was so sweet and my nails look amazing!! Lastly I had Samantha for my massage… I took the opportunity to tell her it was the best massage I’ve ever had (and I get them often due to back issues). I’m always so sore and tight from my job, stress, and my workouts and she was able to target all of the areas I needed the most with deep pressure while also making it a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I feel so amazing and rested after my experience here and I will absolutely be back for more services!

Scheduling online was super convenient, the whole vibe and aesthetic of the spa feels light and expansive, and the receptionist (so sorry, didn't catch her name!) was so kind and welcoming. 🥰 I appreciated the chamomile tea, it fit right in with the unusually cold day. Essence literally revived me back to life! My nervous system has been stuck in a freeze state due to stress and I had been carrying so much tension in my shoulders for a long time. I felt like myself again half way through the appointment and Essence intuitively matched my energy with grace, balancing silence and connection based on what I needed at any given moment. Truly a gift for the mind body and soul, thank you. ✨
